Warranty
At Ecogear, we stand behind our products. Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees that you'll be satisfied. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, you can return or exchange your item.
To submit a warranty claim, please email customerservice@ecogear-products.com with the following information:
- Proof of purchase: invoice or receipt
- Photos of the damage or defect
Our team will review the information provided and contact you with further instructions for receiving a return or replacement item.
NOTE: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty also does not apply to any non-Ecogear products, regardless if they were packaged or sold with an Ecogear product. Ecogear is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damaged property carried in or on an Ecogear product, and damage resulting from a breach of warranty or condition, such as scratches to a device surface, lost data, or lost and destroyed property.
Products purchased from second-hand stores (thrift stores, Salvation Army, etc.) are not eligible for valid warranty coverage.
Please note personalizations are not covered in the warranty.
