Submitting a Return Form
Customers must completely fill out the return form to qualify for a return. Please note the reason for the return on the form.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused and come with the original and unaltered tag.
- Shipping costs must be paid for by customers for all returned items unless the items were defective upon receiving the order. If the products were defective, they might be eligible for a replacement under our lifetime warranty policy.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns will have a 3% restocking fee if the products are not defective.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment within 2 weeks after we have received your returned item.
- Returns may take longer to process during the holiday season.
- Please note that the refunded value for promotional and discounted items will reflect the value at the time of purchase. Clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
