Returns
We accept returns of unused and unwashed products purchased directly from www.ecogear.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached and proof of purchase included.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at jimmy@ecogear-products.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note that there will be a $10 restocking fee for all returns.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please reach out to jimmy@ecogear-products.com before sending it back. We’ll help you arrange an exchange quickly and easily.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Products found to have a manufacturing defect are covered under our Lifetime Warranty and will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Return Shipping
- Returns due to manufacturing defects are covered by Ecogear.
- Returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind) may require customers to cover return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
